Having multiple allergies including shellfish, eating in Florida tends to be difficult. I called ahead and the host staff let me know they could accommodate whatever I needed and were very helpful. Emily was an amazing waitress as well. She provided excellent service and was great about my allergies, making sure we had a positive experience. 10/10, will visit again!! Thank you all!

I love the shrimp and lobster bisque followed by their hogfish slider. This is a perfect meal for me along with a white sangria. Great food, service and prices keep me coming back!

Everything on the menu is well prepared and tastes fresh. I've tried several dishes. The crab crusted grouper is my favorite, but everything I've tried has been delicious. The crab is real and there is not a ton of filler. I love the way that this dish is prepared relying more on the natural flavor of the seafood in place of over seasoning with salt and other things.

I had Walt's Crab Cake along with the sautéed filet tips, served with mashed potatoes and a crispy onion ring on top—and just writing this now makes my mouth water. Everything was absolutely amazing. The flavors were spot‑on, and the dish was cooked perfectly. We were a large group, which can sometimes be tricky, but our server was outstanding. They handled everything effortlessly, had the best attitude, and provided excellent service from start to finish. The entire experience—from the food to the service—was memorable, and I would absolutely come back.

This was our first time to Water Oak and the food and service was amazing. I highly recommend everyone to try this restaurant. Water Oak is a hidden gem in Safety Harbor. We can't wait to go back and bring friends and family. Thanks for a wonderful night out.

Filet tips were delicious, great flavor and loved the fries and fried grit cake!! The ambiance was very nice and the servers/staff were great! Highly recommend and the next time we are in Safety Harbor, we will be back!
